the [perfect] antidote

Whenever i have the "blues" i turn to the lil ones for my perfect antidote....and in this case, amelyn was my cure....kesian dia sampai penat kena geletek dgn mama......hehehe! Walaupun kadang-kadang she's cheeky to the max, dan selalu menguji kesabaran, but she will always be the one who would bring so much joy and happiness to all of us.....and Alia too included.....walaupun nampak macam tomboy but she's a softie at heart and the one i can count on anytime.....I'm just happy to be a mom to these two wonderful girls....
Ahh yes....I did have the most wonderful mother's day yesterday with the kids.....we spent the whole morning @ the park, while i was doing a photo session with another beautiful mom, the kids were enjoying themselves on the slides, the monkey bars..etc..etc....sampai basah lencun dibuatnya....and yes, i finally managed to take few pix with the 2As on this very special day....walaupun tak banyak yang sempat ambil since 2As pun dah penat masa tu, but i'm glad there is just one nice and perfect pic of us, the 3As....thanks dd! Petangnya, we went to KLCC with yaya....it was the perfect all girls outing and mostly the reason we went there was to enjoy our lovely evening....with the perfect dessert, and that is choc fondue.....emm..emmm...it was like a chocoholic's dream came true! hehehe.....simply chocodelicious! though the kids rasa macam weird sket nak celup-celup fruits into the choc, but they did enjoyed them.....hehehe! (ni sme sebab seminggu dah mengidam nak makan choc, bila nampak gmbr dessert dlm isetan newsletter apa lagi.....kan yaya kan.... )
Btw, thank you for all the mother's day wishes....thru sms or comments here....sampaikan tak terbalas pun ada.....so I just want to wish Happy Mother's Day once again to all moms.....hope you had a great one last weekend ya!
I'm still in "the happy mom" mood....so here's a little sneak peek on what's coming up soon...
will be doing a special "session" tomorrow...so i'm off to bed early tonight.....be back later with more updates ya!

It was definitely a day out @ the safari! well...almost...hehehe! From the giraffes, lions balloons to the wild face paintings, everything was just perfect for the twins, Hamzah & Haydar who have just turned 3....walaupun masa tu one of them tak berapa sihat, but the party went on and it was GREAT, everyone enjoyed the party so much....and me too included....hehehe!

who's got the fever?
siapa lagi kalau bukan my lil angel amelyn, who will turn FOUR this June...sekarang ni pantang kalau mama nak pi snap birthday photos ja mesti dia nak ikut....rasanya dia nak dptkan "feel" dulu sebelum her big day agaknya kan....and at every birthdays she went to, the first thing she would do is checking out the cakes and goodies bags....and as for now, she has already picked her dream dress...cuma tinggal her mother yang still tak dapat buat keputusan whether to have the bash or not.....
at 6, she's already making her fashion statement....
while amelyn is busy preparing for her big 4, kak long pula couldn't care less.....dia sibuk sekarang ni practicing her big girl stuff, like how to put on big shades ala-ala Lindsay Lohan...sabar je la....sapa yang ajar ni ye? but for now, dia kena practice for her sports day dulu which will be on this 17th may (sorry ct, i couldn't make it to the fotokids gathering!).....tak sabar rasanya nak tengok acara apa la agaknya yang alia masuk nanti.....hopefully she will win something...
finally got my iMac back yesterday....so all the birthday galleries yang sebelum ni tertunda will be ready insya-Allah by tomorrow....so watch this space for the multi updates.....

My evening schedule is now changed for good...!
day 1
Hurray! the 2As finally got their new bikes setelah sekian lama merengek...itu pun sebab the day before rim basikal alia yang lama tu dah patah....so it was just a good time to get a new one kan.....tq to mak yang sama-sama sponsor the bikes! Oh ya, kalau berminat untuk mendapatkan basikal yang sama anda boleh la ke kedai basikal W&C di Prima Saujana....bersebelahan dengan Poliklinik Julia.....tak hingat la pulak kat jalan no berapa.....
(masa ni dia tengah happy giler sebab baru je langgar tong sampah!)
Daripada tengah hari tadi diaorg dah bising nak cuba basikal baru tapi tak bagi sebab panas lagi, so sampai petangnya baru la dapat test ride new bikes....as for alia, takde masalah sebab dia dah memang boleh naik basikal....as for amelyn, nak kena guide dia sikit-sikit baru boleh...tapi tak dapat nak main puas-puas depan rumah ni sebab banyak pulak kereta yang lalu...laju-laju pula tu....sampaikan amelyn menjerit-jerit tiap kali nampak kereta, padahal jauh lagi....dia dulu yang dah suspense....! takpe esok kita sambung lagi kelas memandu ya....hehehe!
day 2
Since semalam tak dapat nak main betul-betul kat depan rumah, so hari ni big Daddy bawak the 2As pi main basikal kat jalan mati di hujung taman ni.....nasib baik la ada juga kawasan lapang kat sini.....
Senang sket diaorg nak kayuh basikal laju-laju takde yang kacau.....nak racing dua beradik pun bole.....
Lepas tu bigD siap buat test suruh budak-budak ni lalu kat celah² batu macam test no 8 tu....hehehe! kelakar sangat tengok tapi boleh pulak tu budak-budak ni buat.....pass driving test! esok mama bagi lesen basikal yeh....hehehe!!
day 3
haa yang ni pula masa day 3....nampak cuaca gelap tapi the 2As ni tetap merengek nak naik basikal.....baru je nak keluar dah rintik²...so terpaksa la beli baju hujan kat 7 Eleven tapi sayangnya takde la pulak kids size.....dah nampak macam alien je Alia masa pakai baju hujan tu...hehehe!
dah tak hujan la mama.....tapi kalau hujan pun memang alia tetap nak main juga....haa mama dah agak dah kan.....nasib baik la esok cuti......main la puas-puas, kalau demam malam ni juga makan ubat k......
masing-masing takde mood dah masa ni bila suruh posing....dah penat la tu kan...! Kalau ikut budak-budak ni, sejam pun tak cukup......sampai dah merah-merah muka pun tak nak stop lagi.....kita yang menunggu ni pun dah naik ponek!
yang ini memang tak payah suruh, dah pose ala-ala next top model....or shud i say next top athlete?
day 4
Haa ni baru betul-betul pose geng bas sekolah ni..ops silap geng basikal....hehhe! This was taken yesterday, masa ni the 2As' cousins pun join sama, tapi sayang cuma ada 3 basikal je....yang lain terpaksa la buat-buat jogging....hehehe!
Berpeluh-peluh dah ayin...tapi dia tak nak stop sebab takut basikal dia diambil orang hehehe....kedekut la pula anak mama ni.....tak baik tau.....
yang ni pulak pose dengan jurulatih pasukan....hehehe! tq to BigD yang siap sponsor Slurpee lagi lepas tu.....arini bole la belanja lagi yeh!
Seronok sangat bila tengok budak-budak ni have some FUN....at least kita yang tengok ni pun boleh tumpang gembira kejap.....tapi yang paling kc suka sangat tengok si kecit tonet ayin tu yang dah pandai kayuh basikal walaupun beroda 4.....sebab sebelum ni memang dia tak boleh langsung nak kayuh basikal....so I'm glad she finally learn how to ride a bike......jangan jadi macam alia sudah...naik basikal pun nak laju-laju....macam "kl DRIFT" katanya.....hehehe! lasak betul la anak daddy yang sorang ni...!! sok-sok besar ada yang minta nak bawa Big Bikes macam daddy pulak ni......huhuhu!
Ada sapa-sapa nak join main "gerek" dengan 2As?

she is my strength....my inspiration....and my heart!
Obviously I'm having a serious case of monday blues....it really is time for that so much needed break...but i just couldn't afford it right now.....but i do have something planned this labor day....yeahoooo!!
Anyway, things were different for the 2As today...they probably had one of the greatest, happiest day of their lives.....both of them got brand new bicycles each!! and I'm so jealous.....hehehe! Since afternoon they've been begging me to let them ride their new bikes outside and finally at 6.00 pm, i relented tapi tak bagi main jauh-jauh sebab kat depan rumah ni kereta selalu laju-laju sangat....dahlah both of them tak pandai lagi handle brakes, nak kena ambil crash course in riding dulu ni....tapi tak sempat nak naik lama pun, dah hujan pula......so tomorrow dah promise nak bawak the 2As to a safer and bigger place for them to ride the bikes!...hopefully the sun will shine tomorrow....
* kalau ada sapa tanya mcm mana gmbr ni diambil, all i can say it was by pure luck....we were on our way back from a birthday party, dan kena pulak masa tu cahaya matahari petang betul-betul kat belakang ayin....dan yg blocked kat dpn tu was alia......i just love this picture so much! so candidly taken...syok sendiri la ni kan...hehehe....and the editing was done in the lightroom to maximize the impact.....

Dari awal-awal pagi lagi anak-anak kecil tadika dah berkumpul di padang berhadapan dengan Tadika Raudhah (betul ke ni, cak?) untuk acara sukaneka tahunan bagi tahun 2008....dan antara mereka, ada seorang anak kecil yang tak sabar-sabar nak tunjuk aksi pom-pom dia....menurut kata mama dia tiap hari dok practice kat rumah....and I just couldn't wait too to see her in action.....
Walaupun Lya Khaleeda ni a bit reserved orangnya tapi dalam diam-diam tu berisi....she took part in FOUR activities and won all of them....kalau tengok muka dia serius je masa tengah bersukaneka tu but she did really well....walaupun bola ping pong jatuh di tengah jalan, she just kept going and won the whole thing (of course helped by other teammates too)....am so proud of u la khaleeda.....you go, girl! and in the end, her YELLOW house managed to win just about everything including the BIG trophy...cayalah!!
Memang seronok sangat tengok sukaneka budak-budak kecil ni.....dan yang paling best sekali masa acara ayam mengeram, in which they have to put the ping pong ball into a box behind the hen and she would shake...and shake until the ball comes out from the below of the box....it was hilarious but brilliant..!! Dan tak lupa juga acara for parents.....in which kawan kita tu pun turut join sama....suka sangat tengok cak dan hubby yang sama sporting join acara melontar belon air walaupun in the end, abis basah kuyup cak dibuatnya.....hehehe! ya, i did have GREAT time that day cak....and thank you so much for the cute gifts for the girls....dan tak lupa juga for the sup tulang yang sedap tu!!
Talking about sports day, tak sabar nak tunggu for Alia's which is coming up pretty soon.....walaupun classmates dia dah start training for the senamrobik with all pom-poms included, she chose not to.....and refused to take part in anything else....terasa macam history is starting all over again...ya, i never did really well in sports.....having a mom who's a hockey player and a well respected athlete back then...it was really a pressure for me from the beginning , and that's why i chose to bury myself in books and do well in academics....tapi nasib baik la she never really pressured me into doing things that i don't want....and i intend to do just the same for Alia......but still...best juga kan kalau Alia join senamrobik tu...
p/s cak, gambar nnt kc upload lagi, tengah hari ni kc nak pi berpiket di KajangVilla...nak fight for our rights...jangan sampai masuk TV sudah ler.....

oh ya, pasai piket tu takde apa-apa la...just pi meeting with some Dato' over unresolved issues regarding to our apartment kat KajangVilla....dah lama beli tapi tak siap-siap...dgr katanya tak dapat CF tu yang pening tu sebab bank dah mula nak kejar all buyers.....tapi masalahnya the apartment itself pun tak siap lagi..nak kata abandoned pun tak bole sbb Dato' tu still trying to make things repaired and done.....so now, we are hoping his Plan B would work.....somehow.....

Alia's 1st School Trip

There will always be the FIRSTS for everything....but for alia, it's running out fast....last monday, she went on her very first school trip to High 5 Bread Town, Shah Alam...mulanya risau juga takut kalau dia tak boleh behave as normally kalau dengan me and my hubby she wouldnn't listen and would run all the way in Tesco ke...Giant ke....tapi kalau tak nak bagi dia pergi pun kesian juga.....bila lagi dia nak merasa naik bas sekolah dengan kawan-kawan setadika kan.....so we gave in, and there she went last monday.....siap balik tu bawak satu plastik roti pelbagai perisa....and she was so excited in narrating her experience there to her sister yang sampai naik jealous seeing how alia had so much FUN during her school trip...hehehe....don't worry my dear Amelyn, there will be another trip for you next time ya......
One done, and more to go....i just couldn't wait for her 1st sports day pulak!!
Hmm...ada yang tanya about amelyn's chin tu kan..actually aritu dia terjatuh kena meja....kuat juga la sebb dia jatuh dr stool yg tinggi....masa kena tu dah tuam dan juga sapu minyak....tp till today bila kita pegang dia kata sakit lagi...risau la pulak tu....kalau tgk lebam dia yg dah jadi biru gelap tu nampak la macam makin hilang....tp takut nanti jadi macam ada kesan pula kat situ....bila pegang dia kata sakit.....macam mana eh? what should i do? anyone?

she did look a bit scared kan...
Last Friday, the 2As had a "shopaholic" date with their Yaya....since last week, masa pi book fair, kc dah pergi naik komuter with alia, so i thought it would be just fair to take the other A pula....memang dah janji lama dah dengan Amelyn nak bagi dia merasa naik komuter, so we took the commuter from UKM Bangi all the way to Midvalley that day....it was quite a ride for the two girls....nasib baik tempat kosong banyak that day, and we managed to get 3 seats in a row......tapi nampak sangat muka ayin yang cuak tiap kali pintu in between the coaches tu terbuka....hehehe...tak sampai setengah jam pun dah sampai dah......elok-elok pula tu entrance keluar betul-betul kat depan kedai TeddyTales.....apa lagi shopping sakan la the 2As.....siap ada yang beli "rambut palsu" lagi....sabar je la.....!
I just love traveling with the 2As....so many new experiences and challenges too.....especially part nak kena keep my eyes on both of them....they just couldn't keep still, asyik nak lari sana sini saja.....nasib baik la ada yaya yang boleh tengokkan sama.....hmmm lepas ni ke mana pula kita ya?

and this was when she hurt herself, and turned her chin blue....yupp you read that right...dagu dia terantuk kat meja masa nak turun dr stool yang tinggi nasib baik tak tergigit lidah ataupun patah gigi.....kalau tengok memang kita sendiri yang terasa mcm sakit kan, memang masa kena dia nangis sampai tak hingat apa-apa tapi lepas tu macam dah ok ja...kuat semangat tul dik Lin mama sorang ni....nampak je kecik...tp kecik-kecik cili padi.....hehhehe! sebab tu mama jarang bawak dia pi birthday party sebab takut tak leh handle....cian kan....sebut pasal birthday, her birthday is coming up soon.....and i'm still not sure nak buat party or not....sebab keadaan lokasi yang masih belum dapat dicari....dan juga masa time tu maybe i'll be away @ work...huhuhu.....takpela dik Lin....apapun i promise i'll get you that pink gown ok!
Anyway, nak ambil kesempatan ni.....nak wish to ummi zatul....happy belated birthday my dear friend, semoga dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki dan bahagia selalu si samping yang tercinta...amin.....
Kejap je dah masuk another weekend....seperti biasa it's back to work for me....and this time i'd be having so much FUN too sebab i'll be attending a kindergarten's sports day, yeay......tp tang nak kena bangun awal tu yg tak larat tu.....kepada puan cak, sila sediakan breakfast untuk saya ya! hehehe!!

Mum's the Word

Exactly one month from today, we'll celebrate the Mother's Day...though to me it could be almost everyday!! Being a SAHM taught me a lot...and it is no easy task when you're handling your jobs which require hours of creative input in front of PC with two hyper active kids jumping and running around the house at the same time.....memang cukup memeningkan and tiring sometimes....but hey, it's part of the job description and i'm not complaining...in fact I'm loving every seconds of it.....so I thought it would be nice if this year we could celebrate the day with something old, something new and yet something special....and that includes me printing one big photo with my cutie ones and finally framing them on my bare walls....cute eh!
Would like to have the same one on your walls (well of course with your pictures la...hehehe!)....here it comes, the Mum's the Word package is now open for booking throughout May 2008.....and this for all mummies out there, including moms to be too....and yes, you will receive that big poster size photo in frame too.....
